The gift cards cannot be refunded, but any purchases made using the gift card(s) are eligible for a refund according to the terms and conditions of the item.
They remain valid indefinitely unless there is a closure of our business. In such a situation, we will inform all customers with a 60-day notice period to redeem their gift cards.
